**Returns:**
- You may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@misterflossy.com.au
- You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we'll process your refund.
**Refunds:**
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that products that have been opened or used, as well as items beyond the 30-day return window, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
